据报道有61%的牛奶过敏儿童对酪蛋白敏感。而且酪蛋白s-IgE高水平的孩子,更容易引发严重反应。也有研究数据表明会影响肠道生态健康发展,以及神经系统和慢性炎症疾病有一定的关联。如:肠胃易激,偏头痛,自闭症等。有10%的孩子会引发多敏反应,并有可能发展为哮喘。同样如何补充孩子的蛋白质一直会困扰家长。
